Jaison Dolvane - President and CEO
As president of Espial, Jaison drives strategic positioning and serves as the corporate visionary. He leads the strategic business and marketing vision for Espial and directs overall business and partner development.
Kumanan Yogaratnam - Chief Technology Officer and Vice-President Engineering
In his role as CTO, Kumanan sets corporate technology direction and guides industry standards compliance. He influences the direction of select standards bodies by participating in many key industry standards groups.
Carl Smith - Chief Financial Officer
Carl Smith, a Chartered Accountant, has more than 15 years experience in finance and executive leadership positions in public and private high technology companies. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Nuvo Network Management, a public company traded on the TSX Venture that was acquired by a leading US based software company. Prior to Nuvo, Mr. Smith served as CFO of OZ Optics and held senior finance roles at JetForm Corporation, a TSX and NASDAQ listed software company.
Sanjay Mehta - Vice President, Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering and Customer Care Services, Sanjay manages engineering and support efforts in the Sunnyvale, California office and the R&D center in Pune, India.
Nemer D. Abourizk - General Counsel
In his role as General Counsel, Nemer directs Espial’s legal activities in support of the company’s business, including sales and licensing, HR and IP management. Nemer serves as General Counsel for an evolving portfolio of mid-sized Ottawa technology corporations and was selected as a 2006 Forty Under 40 award recipient by the Ottawa Business Journal.
