Broadband World Forum Europe, PARIS. October 11, 2006 – Espial® IPTV, a leading provider of IPTV middleware and applications, announced today that the modular, flexible and open architecture of its Evo platform has strengthened the ability of mPhase Technologies [OTCBB:XDSL] to offer a range of IPTV customization options with the mPhase TV+™ System.

mPhase’s TV+ System provides network operators with the ability to operate and manage advanced interactive video services over broadband access networks. With the TV+ System, operators can create a differentiated solution by leveraging Evo’s data-driven architecture to deliver rich, fully customizable applications on a small footprint set-top box.
