May 11, 2007 – Ottawa, Ontario, Canada – Espial® Group Inc. -(“Espial”) today announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with an initial public offering of its common shares. This offering will be underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities L.P. and Genuity Capital Markets G.P.
