To provide quick response to customer questions and incidents, Espial offers an automated reporting-tracking-resolution through Espail INSITE a Web-based support system.  This support portal allows you to report, check status, or search for solutions all on your timetable.

The Espial Group Inc. ("Espial") has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information is gathered and treated as you make full use of our offerings (the "Service"). What personally identifiable information does Espial collect from me?
We collect information in several ways. Our site registration form requires users to give us contact information such as name, email address, company, position, industry and vertical interested in (i.e. TV, Devices, Wireless, Telematics). The more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is), the better we are able to tailor your experience at our site, showing you content that we think you might be interested in. Once you register you are able to download free software demos, white papers, and other documentation.
In addition to registration, we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited to) when you enter a promotion sponsored by Espial and/or our sponsors and partners; download demo software, sign up for FACE (our monthly eNewsletter), and when you report a problem with our site or services. How does Espial use my information?
Espial may use personal information provided by you to ensure that the Internet opportunities provided to you are tailored specifically to your needs and correspond to your interests. Espial, with your permission, may also utilize promotional emails. With whom does Espial share my information?
Espial will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or under circumstances described below.

Business Partners: Espial may disclose your personal information to business partners, but this is specifically described to you prior to data collection or prior to transferring the data. If personally identifying data about you will be shared, we will tell you before we collect or transfer the data. The Business Partner will not share or disclose such information with any other party except as required by law or court order.

Your Espial.com account information is password protected so you and only you have access to this personal information.
